Capturing Tomorrow Without Losing the Past: A Master Plan Study for the Town of Chesterfield, Massachusetts
The 1996 Master Plan was the final product of the BSLA senior class in the Department of Landscape Architecture & Regional Planning at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA who collaborated with their instructors, the Chesterfield Planning Board, and the residents of Chesterfield.

Hazard Mitigation Plan Update
The Hazard Mitigation Plan was adopted by the Chesterfield Select Board on May 19, 2025 and prepared by the Chesterfield Hazard Mitigation Planning Commission and the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, funded by a grant received by MEMA and MDCS.

The Open Space and Recreation Plan was adopted in March 2025, and was a collaboration between The Conway School and the Open Space and Recreation Plan Committee.
